Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities, please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our Terms of Service. These guidelines outline the framework for your usage of our services.
Auto-testing annually
If you have auto-test annually enabled on a jobsite that is used to scheduled a test, you are agreeing to test the same amount of backflows annually. You will be automatically billed 1 year from the confirmed date.
Net accounts
If outstanding invoices aren't paid within 10 days of net terms, your account will be frozen.
Water Shutoff Disclaimer
One Flow Backflow, Inc. is NOT responsible for any damage to water-sensitive equipment due to water being shut off for necessary repairs or installation of backflow assemblies in this quote. It is the responsibility of the customer to take all precautions to ensure that all water-sensitive equipment is turned off and checked after water service is restored. One Flow Backflow, Inc. is NOT responsible for any old plumbing pipes and water fixtures that break or leak from the water being turned off and then being restored.
Fire Line Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any fire line water-sensitive equipment (pumps) is shut off during backflow testing, installation, or repair. One Flow Backflow, Inc. is NOT responsible for any damage to fire line equipment resulting from water being shut off for backflow assembly testing, installation, or repair in this quote. One Flow Backflow, Inc. is not responsible if the OS & Y tamper switch alarms do not reset after backflow testing or reinstalling them onto new OS & Y shut off valves. The customer will need to contact their fire line alarm monitoring company to reset and recalibrate tamper switches if they do not reset.
Trip Fee
Failure to be ready at the scheduled appointment time will result in a minimum trip fee equal to the price of 1 backflow test in your area.
Backflow Report Submission
We submit all backflow reports to the city/water department on behalf of the customer.
Payment Adjustments
Initial charges are based on the number of tests selected by the customer. Charges may be adjusted after the appointment depending on the number of tests completed.
Refunds
Credits will automatically appear in your account upon approval. Refunds that need to be credited back to the original payment method will take 5-10 business days to process.
